Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. You can cancel any item from your order before delivery, provided that we have not yet begun to process it and any refunds due will be made back onto the card you used for payment. Please email us with your instructions and you will receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation.
For cancellation of goods - seven working days after the day on which the goods are received.
For cancellation of services - seven working days after the day on which you agreed to go ahead with the agreement.
Returns - items purchased from First Bookshop direct, can be returned for full refund, within 30 days of purchase, with a sales receipt, providing that they are in mint condition. Books printed on demand (made to order) you cannot send back.
Claims - non delivery / loss claims must be registered within 30 days from ordering.
